Put your marina on the map

Sailors in the bay find you on Hullo, see what is free tonight and book a ball or berth from the boat. They pay at your office, as they do now.

The Hullo map on a phone: Marina Lavanda's pin shows 20 moorings free tonight, from €42.77 a night, 3.1 km from the skipper.

Visibility

Found by boats looking for a mooring

Hullo puts every live marina on one map, with how many moorings are free for the skipper's boat. Yours is on it from the moment you go live.

  • On the skippers' map

Your pin shows how many moorings are free tonight or tomorrow, and your card shows the price for the skipper's boat.

  • Only boats that fit

Skippers enter their length, beam and draft, or pick a saved boat, and see only the balls and berths that take it.

  • A QR code on every ball

Print a label for each mooring, or order weatherproof stickers from us. A boat on your ball scans it and books it there and then.

  • In eight languages

The skippers' app and your portal both speak:

    • English
    • Hrvatski
    • Ελληνικά
    • Italiano
    • Español
    • Português
    • Deutsch
    • Français
Hullo's filters on a phone: the skipper's boat Bonaca, 11.9 m long, 3.9 m beam and 1.8 m draft, and a choice of mooring ball or berth.

Easy setup

Set up from the office, in four steps

The portal walks you through it and keeps a checklist of what is still missing.

  1. Draw your docks

Trace each pontoon, pier and quay on the map.

  2. Tap to add balls and berths

Pick a mooring type and tap the map where each one lies. Switch to the satellite view to see your field from above.

  3. Set your prices

A nightly rate plus a rate per metre, for each type of mooring and each season. A longer boat pays more.

  4. Go live

When every step is ticked, press Go live. Skippers can book you straight away.

The marina map in the Hullo portal: two pontoons with their berths, a field of numbered mooring balls, and three new balls just tapped onto the map.
The setup checklist in the portal: marina details, berth categories, berths and moorings, rate cards and Go live, all ticked.

Easy booking

Booked from the boat, paid at your office

Skippers see what is free, pick a ball or berth that fits and reserve it. They pay at your office when they check in. No card terminal, no new way of taking money.

  • Marina Lavanda's page in the Hullo app: a chart of the mooring field, and which balls and berths are free or taken tonight.

    Pick a ball

Your marina page shows every mooring, free or taken, tonight and on the nights ahead.

  • Ball 8 at Marina Lavanda: free tonight, fits the skipper's boat, €42.77 for one night, with the button Reserve, pay at the office.

    Reserve

The skipper sees the price for their boat, then reserves and pays you at the office.

  • The booking in the Hullo app: Ball 7 at Marina Lavanda, tonight for two nights, €85.54 to pay at the office.

    Booked in

They get the booking, the way to the ball and what to pay. You see it on the Tonight board.

Your local community

Bring your bay's businesses to the boats

The restaurant on the promenade, the fuel dock, the boat cleaner and other services nearby can list on your marina's marketplace. Skippers order from the boat.

  • Delivered to the boat

Dinner, breakfast or clean laundry, brought out to the ball or berth.

  • Ready to collect

The order waits at the shop for the skipper on their way ashore.

  • On board, at a booked time

Rubbish collection or a massage, at a time the skipper picks.

  • You choose who lists

You add each business and decide when it goes live. You can suspend it at any time.

  • The marketplace for Marina Lavanda in the Hullo app: Bura Boat Services, Konoba Mareta and Mirta Massage, each with its logo.
  • Konoba Mareta in the Hullo app: grilled sea bream, black cuttlefish risotto and a breakfast basket, each with a photo and a price.
  • Choosing how an order arrives: delivered to your boat, collected from the workshop, or on board at a time the skipper picks.

Questions

What marinas ask us

Do I need a card terminal?

No. Skippers pay at your office when they check in, the way you take payment today. Hullo records each booking, so the office knows what is owed.

Can I keep my existing customers?

Yes. Book your regulars in yourself as walk-ins on the Tonight board, or close their moorings as reserved for the dates they have them, so Hullo never offers those nights to anyone else. Hullo does not import a customer list.

Which languages?

English, Croatian, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French, for skippers and in your portal.

What does it cost?

Nothing to join: no setup fee and no monthly or annual subscription. Hullo takes a small fee on each booking to support the platform, agreed with you when you join. If nobody books, you pay nothing. An optional Premium plan, coming soon, will add extra tools for a monthly or annual fee.

Do skippers need to download an app?

No. Skippers book in their phone's browser, or by scanning the QR label on your ball.
